5. Purchases & Payments

Prices are shown in the relevant currency and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments for digital products, memberships, and coaching are due at purchase unless a payment plan is offered. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute purchased materials or membership access.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access, all sales are generally non-refundable . Where a specific product explicitly states a guarantee, that guarantee will apply and supersede this paragraph. Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships (including any free trial) renew automatically per the selected billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds. We may suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Coaching & Live Sessions

Coaching supports personal growth; it is not therapy or clinical treatment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results arising from your participation.

8. User Conduct

• Do not use our platforms for unlawful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory behaviour.
• Do not post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in communities or groups.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems or websites.

We may remove or ban users who violate these Terms or harm the community environment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, John-Paul International Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
